Premier Darts US Return Policy

Not satisfied with your order or received a defective item? We’re here to help our US customers!

Register Your Return

You can initiate a return for products purchased from our US store within 30 days of delivery. After you register your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us.

To ensure your return is tracked and secure, please use a tracked shipping service when sending items back to us. As the sender, you are responsible for monitoring the tracking status of your return. If you choose an untracked shipping method, Premier Darts will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels.

Please note: Business purchases are excluded from the right of return.

Types of Returns:

  1. Standard Return (30-Day Right of Withdrawal)
  2. Return Due to Defective or Incorrect Product

1. Standard Return – Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to return a product within the 30-day right of withdrawal period, you can do so without providing any reason. The product must be returned with all accessories included and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Conditions for Return:

  • No visible signs of damage or use on the product or its packaging.
  • The product is not custom-made or specially modified for the customer.

To register your return, please reach out to our customer support team in the US for assistance. They will guide you through the registration process and provide the return address.

Refund Process

If your return meets the above conditions, Premier Darts will issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return and will be credited to your bank, credit card, or PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation email with a credit invoice.

If your return does not meet our conditions, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks after delivery for our returns department to process and inspect your items before issuing your refund.

2. Return Due to Defective or Incorrect Product

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect items, our US-based customer support team is ready to assist you. Please contact us immediately, clearly indicating the products you wish to return. Include photos or a video showing the issue, as well as details of any visible user damage.
